Sunrise Bootcamp

This high energy training programme focuses on strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility and agility training in an exciting and easy-to-follow group session. The best part is that you control everything – from your speed and resistance to your intensity level, so your workout can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be. It’s a great way to stay active and meet new people, while building your  fitness at the same time!

WHEN: TBC once in-person activities are able to be resumed

RATES: Monthly registration @ $60 per month, unlimited attendance
Class pack (10 classes for $100)
Drop-in rate @ $15 per class
