Dee is originally from the US but has been living in the Cayman Islands for 19 years. She is married to Chris and together they have two children, aged 11 and 9, who are her passion and she loves being very active and present in their busy lives.
Dee holds a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Charleston and a Masters degree in Clinical and Rehabilitation Counseling from East Carolina University. She is the founder of Solutions Ltd, a private practice offering counseling services to adults, couples, teens and adolescents.
She also provides services to private entities and government agencies to assist with soft skills training and employee support services.
In addition to her private practice, Dee is also a Consultant with Rodan and Fields skincare, working to build clients and teams throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.
Previously, Dee was appointed United States Consular Agent for the Cayman Islands. She was responsible for American interests and her position required her to be available to assist all American citizens living and visiting the Cayman Islands. This included passport services, prison visits, arrests, hospital visits, deaths and liaising with government officials to discuss and negotiate American citizen support and welfare whilst in the Cayman Islands.
Dee joins the Board with YMCA history. She was a member of her local YMCA in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, growing up and also attended various YMCA overnight camps during her childhood summers.
