Dr. Diane Hislop-Chestnut is a Caymanian doctor with training and registration in the United Kingdom and the United States.
In 2005 Dr. Hislop-Chestnut relocated to the United States and did a residency in internal medicine at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts. She became board-certified in internal medicine in 2008. Following her residency, she decided to sub-specialise and undertook a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism, also at the Lahey Clinic. She completed her fellowship in the summer of 2010 and became board-certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism in 2010.
Dr. Hislop-Chestnut returned to Cayman in the summer of 2010 and is working in private practice at Palm Road Medical Limited. She is active in the community and serves on the Y Programmes committee. She is also the President of the Caribbean Endocrine Society.
