Pamela Fowler studied law at Cambridge University and embarked on a career in International Finance at Linklaters in London and Hong Kong. Pamela moved around the globe practising law in New Zealand and then finally settled in Cayman in 1998.
After starting a family with her husband, Jon Fowler, Pamela took the opportunity to stay at home and look after her three daughters, Hannah, Chloe and Meaghan.
Pamela is a member of First Baptist Church where she has enjoyed being a member of the choir for over a decade and is now leader of a bible study home group, which she loves.
In 2005, Pamela was instrumental in establishing the Cayman Islands Cystic Fibrosis Trust and spent five years in a fund raising role with this entity. More recently, she was Secretary General of the Cayman Islands Equestrian Federation and devoted many hours to the promotion and development of equestrian sports in Cayman.
Through volunteering as a Director with the YMCA in Cayman, Pamela is looking forward to helping to strengthen and develop the community through the many exciting programmes the Y is able to offer.
